Trade Lifecycle Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Summary**:
As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives within JPMorgan Chase & Co. You will also support the Business manager in the responsibilities assigned to their role and will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and coordinate complex executive schedules, including meetings and travel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, drafting and editing documents.
- Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, ensuring seamless arrangements.
- Track and record T&E expenses, ensuring adherence to budget policies.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, setting agendas and distributing materials.
- Assist with special projects, tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized executive office.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years in Financial Services industry. Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction / trade lifecycle in Custody
- Subject matter expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX (Crest and Euroclear market)
- Ability to work closely with business partners and manage operational risk
- Understanding of the role of an executive assistant and the support to be levied
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

**Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities**
- Bachelor’s degree required (business discipline preferred)
- Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction / trade lifecycle in Custody
- Ability to work closely with business partners and manage operational risk
