**JOB DESCRIPTION** Join our dynamic team as a Trade Lifecycle Associate, where precision meets global impact. Drive securities settlements across multiple markets. Enhance client relationships and streamline processes for optimal results. **Job Summary** As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within Securities Services Operations, you manage the end-to-end securities settlements lifecycle. You oversee global markets and meet risk metrics for reconciliations. You ensure settlement objectives are achieved efficiently. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure timely processing and settlement of trades - Investigate and resolve trade-related breaks - Collaborate with internal teams for transaction processing - Perform root cause analysis to increase STP - Establish relationships with operations and middle office contacts - Partner with client service teams to change client behavior - Understand and manage risk management issues - Address day-to-day queries within SLAs - Escalate issues to team leader - Maintain strong understanding of risk management - Manage exceptions above materiality thresholds **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** - Understand financial markets and trade lifecycle - Communicate effectively across business levels - Operate in dynamic environments with tight deadlines - Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx) - Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Exhibit time management skills - Work comfortably with data **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** - Have custody/treasury operation services experience - Understand SWIFT, Cross Border Payments, and FX - Be a self-starter with quick learning ability - Demonstrate strong leadership skills - Focus on risk mitigation and proactive approaches - Ensure "Best in Class" results **ABOUT US** JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
