**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Join our dynamic team as a Trade Lifecycle Associate, where precision meets global impact. Drive securities settlements across multiple markets. Enhance client relationships and streamline processes for optimal results.

**Job Summary**

As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within Securities Services Operations, you manage the end-to-end securities settlements lifecycle. You oversee global markets and meet risk metrics for reconciliations. You ensure settlement objectives are achieved efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely processing and settlement of trades
- Investigate and resolve trade-related breaks
- Collaborate with internal teams for transaction processing
- Perform root cause analysis to increase STP
- Establish relationships with operations and middle office contacts
- Partner with client service teams to change client behavior
- Understand and manage risk management issues
- Address day-to-day queries within SLAs
- Escalate issues to team leader
- Maintain strong understanding of risk management
- Manage exceptions above materiality thresholds

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Understand financial markets and trade lifecycle
- Communicate effectively across business levels
- Operate in dynamic environments with tight deadlines
- Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Exhibit time management skills
- Work comfortably with data

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Have custody/treasury operation services experience
- Understand SWIFT, Cross Border Payments, and FX
- Be a self-starter with quick learning ability
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Focus on risk mitigation and proactive approaches
- Ensure "Best in Class" results
