Role Overview
The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for end-to-end field sales execution across assigned districts. This is a hardcore on-ground sales role requiring extensive travel, daily site visits, dealer coordination, lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, order closures, and collections. The role focuses on mining, quarrying, stone crushing, construction, and industrial B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily field sales activities within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular visits to mines, quarries, stone crushers, contractors, and rental companies
- Identify and generate new business leads and demo opportunities
- Coordinate with dealers and channel partners for joint visits, demos, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers
- Follow up on leads, quotations, demos, orders, and payments
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Submit daily and weekly field reports, sales updates, and market intelligence
- Track competitor activity and provide local market feedback
- 1-4 years of hardcore field sales experience
- Experience in mining equipment, quarrying, construction equipment, industrial products, building materials, or B2B sales
- Exposure to district or micro-market level sales execution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good local network with contractors, mine owners, quarry operators, or dealers
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field-intensive work
State-wise Market Focus and Preference
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
