Job Title: Floor Member - Food and Beverage

As a Floor Member in F&B Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation. You will work closely with the team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
