We are hiring BIW DESIGN ENGINEERS

Qualification
- BE/Diploma in mechanical

Domain - Automtoive (BIW fixture Design)

Exp - 1-4years

Position - 10

Location - Bangalore / Bhubaneshwar

Tools
- CATIA / NX

Roles and Responsibilities

Experiance of BIW welding fixture design for Automotive industry is mendetory.

Sound understanding on Layout study, Build sequence, Process & Gun study

Experiance of JIg & welding fixture design.

Should have good knowledge in welding process

Experience in 3D design for jigs & Fixture including Design Optimization, Manufacturability, Cost reduction & elimination of redundant operations.

Experience in Fixture Concept design, 3D Finish and Creating of manufacturing drawings using CATIA/ FIDES / NX design software.

Experience on VW, BMW, JLR, and VOLVO projects with Line builders.

High Proficiency 3D modeling of BIW Jigs & Fix. Manufacturing Drawing creation and BOM Creation.

Experiance of Clamp Validation/Pay load calculation & pneumatic circuit design will be an added advantage.

Familiar with US & European Standards is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
