**Technical Competencies**
- BIW Simulation, BIW tooling, Spot Welding, Arc Welding, Geo Fixtures, Grippers Design, Body Shop Process, Virtual commissioning

**Responsibilities**:

- Executing Robotic Simulation for Various Joining Techniques in Body Shop
- Coordinate with Inter Team and reporting
- Co-ordinate with Customer For Project delivery and Quality
- Work on European and USA Projects / Onsite travel
- Handle Projects independently with focus on High Quality and meeting Delivery Schedules

**Required Skills**:

- BIW Product / Process Structure development
- Weld Gun Selection / redesign, Weld points study and distribution check
- Preparation of Process Documentation
- Knowledge of Geo, Re-Spot Fixtures, Grippers for Body Shop Application
- Onsite / Practical manufacturing experience are preferred
- Understanding the Manufacturing Process
- Design Knowledge in Machining / Assembly Fixtures
- Kinematics for the Fixtures, Weld Guns and other EOAT’s
- Robotic Simulation for All types of Robots, Cell Building, Layout Optimization
- Selection of Robots and Payload Calculations
- Experience of Offline Programming by using Different Controllers (KUKA, FANUC & ABB)
- Simulation of Welding (Spot Welding and MIG Welding), Gluing, Material Handling Robots
- Simulation of Hemming Process
- Familiar with OEM Standards like GM, BMW, VW, PSA etc.
- Familiar with Process Simulate or Delima V5 or 3D Experience or Rob studio / Rob guide
- Exposure to Paint Shop / Assembly / Power Train and other Manufacturing areas is added advantage
- Exposure to Virtual commissioning (VC) using Process Simulate, OPC, Siemens, AB and other PLCs
- Exposure in Debugging PLC Programs in VC
