**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, driving growth for the business.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify new business opportunities in the interior design sector, particularly with real estate developers, architects, and contractors.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Business Development**: Liaise with real estate developers, construction companies, and other key industry stakeholders to secure interior design projects for residential and commercial spaces.
- **Marketing**: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our brand, services, and projects through both traditional and digital channels.
- **Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients and developers.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments in the interior design and real estate industries to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- **Reporting**: Track sales performance, report on metrics, and provide regular updates to the management team regarding business development activities.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver tailored proposals to clients and developers.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the interior design industry, including trends, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with real estate developers is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
