International Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related issues, and technical support across multiple platforms.
- Provide information on banking products, services, and billing inquiries.
- **Soft Collections**:

- Handle overdue accounts in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring that payment arrangements are made according to company policy.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders and overdue balances while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the collections team to resolve payment issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and international regulations.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior management.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports related to customer satisfaction, payment status, and issue resolution metrics.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Compliance, and Finance, to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- **International Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on international regulations, banking trends, and cultural norms to effectively serve customers from diverse regions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on region-specific issues and customer preferences

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
