Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Maintain high service standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and motivate cafe staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and quality control.
- **Training and Development**: Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high service standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer complaints and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Encourage upselling and promote cafe offerings to enhance revenue.
- **Collaboration**: Liaise with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Handling customer service, management, order taking etc.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
