Poetry by Love & Cheesecake is a premium patisserie and café brand known for its artisanal desserts, gourmet offerings, and warm café experiences. We’re expanding our footprint in Pune and looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.

**Positions Available**:

- Steward
- Captain
- Barista
- Shift Supervisor
- Assistant Manager
- Cafe Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage POS system and handle billing (for cashier roles)
- Assist in preparation and serving of food/beverages
- Uphold brand standards and ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality/F&B industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, reliable, and a team player
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
