**Key responsibilities**:
1.**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in the preparation and review of reinsurance contracts, endorsements, and policy documentation. -Ensure all documentation is processed, filed, and stored in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements. -Support the senior team in managing client and insurer communications.

2.**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of transactions, renewals, and claims in relevant databases. -Prepare and generate regular reports on reinsurance transactions, premiums, and claims for internal stakeholders. -Assist in the reconciliation of data related to premiums, claims, and other financial aspects.

3.**Client & Broker Liaison**:

- Act as the point of contact for day-to-day operations with clients and brokers. -Coordinate the timely flow of information between clients, brokers, and underwriters. -Provide assistance in resolving client inquiries and operational issues.

4.**Operational Support**:

- Assist with the management of policies and contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. -Monitor the progress of transactions, ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements. -Support in the handling of claims-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

5.**Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure all operational processes align with internal procedures and regulatory standards. -Maintain an understanding of current insurance and reinsurance regulations, ensuring compliance across all processes.

6.**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and assist in the implementation of process changes. -Assist in the development of best practices to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
