_**Job Description**_

*Manage the insurance domain as well as License Applications
*Ensuring compliance with guidelines and keeping up to date with all regulatory changes and ensuring implementation of the same in the company's Insurance business.
*Liaise with insurance companies and internal stakeholders (tech, business, QA, marketing) for smooth functioning and growth of the insurance business.
*Responsible for product, MIS, and operations.
*Setup processes for the Insurance business both Offline, Online, Trade as per IRDA norms
*Timely reporting of reports
*Represent the company during IRDA Audits, Hearings, etc
*Guide and advise the management on the Insurance business
*Ensure judicious use of natural resources
*Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
- **Knowledge & Key Skills**:_
- Sound knowledge of insurance products and business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably from a start-up and used to working in a high-paced environment.
- Good PR relationship skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,993.46 - ₹60,000.00 per month
