**Job Brief**

We are looking for an experienced Person with experience in handling Fixed Asset & Inventory control to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions & assisting seniors.

Will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits. This person will manage the accounts payable function, monthly closing of accounts, Internal Audit, Statutory Audits and preparation of reports in support of the financial statements.

**Responsibilities**:
CA having post qualification work experience of approx. 5 years in controlling fixed assets and inventory to ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements and Company’s policy. Day to activities will include following:

- Ensure documentation for addition and disposal of fixed assets and thereafter submits it to finance team for recording of such transactions into ERP
- Coordinates with Circle Operations Teams regarding allocation of assets, movement of assets, monitors standardized coding & re-conditioning of assets.
- Capitalization of fixed assets and valuation of inventory at month end/ year end as per the Company policy
- Coordinate periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets and inventory to ensure data on ERP/master trackers matches accurately with their physical presence & closely monitors any assets disposal
- Ensures proper documentation of all assets is maintained for the records and audit purposes and submits asset related documents to the finance team for financial posting in the ERP
- Enhances, and customizes Master data reports as per the requirements of the management team.
- Engages with ERP IT Team to enhance & develop the available reports & master database.
- Provides query resolution to the Circlers related to any fixed assets and inventory
- Approves NOC (No Objection Certificate) for employees’ post-handover of the company issued assets & assigns it for safe
- keeping/ re-allocation
- Completion of external and internal audits
- Tracks company expenditure on fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget.

**Job Requirements**
- Chartered Accountant with 5 Years’ experience.
- Experience in Service Industry is preferable.
- Proven experience as a Fixed Asset & Inventory Controller, Accounting Supervisor,
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of AS. Knowledge of Ind AS is preferable
- Familiarity with presentation of financial accounting statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like ERP and Tally
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables and basic functions.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen willingness to learn new things and grow, combined with an innate curiosity.
- Processes & System oriented
- Also, preference will be given to person who has skill in writing / defining accounting processes.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
