**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order management & allocation
- Place purchase orders via supplier portals
- Monitor and update pending orders to minimize delays and escalate issues when necessary.
- Tracking & communication
- Update order tracking information to ensure customers receive real-time shipment updates.
- Coordinate with warehouses for order fulfillment and stock management.
- Returns & refunds processing

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- 1- 3 years of experience in backend operations, order management, or supply chain coordination (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in working with supplier portals and order management systems.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of return processing and financial reconciliation is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/order management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹278,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
