**Job Summary: -** In order to help our Pune team, expand, we're seeking for a Field Sales Executive. Selling our children's products to retailers and distributors in your designated region will be your responsibility as a Field Sales Executive. You'll have to make local trips to meet potential clients and cultivate long-lasting connections with them.

**About Company: - **Anduril Retail manufactures and imports more than 4000+ different products from across the world and retails them in India along with exporting them worldwide.

**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**

**Salary**: Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 25,000/
- **Note**: - Locals Preferred

**Responsibilities: -**
- Achieving sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities in your assigned area
- Get the Sale’ by using different customer sales techniques
- Forecast sales, generate ‘out of the box’ sale methodologies and evaluate their effectiveness
- Attract new clients by devising new strategies and sales processes
- Evaluate client’s needs, skills and build a productive long lasting relationship
- Meet individual and your team’s sales targets
- Collaborate with other sales reps to discuss on best sales techniques
- Research particular accounts and follow or generate via sales leads
- Attend sales events, meetings, and training sessions to keep yourself abreast of the latest developments
- Provide feedback to senior management with the help of statistics
- Expand and maintain client database within the particular territory
- Generate daily as well as monthly sales reports

**Requirements: -**
- BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field
- Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representativeor a similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Track record of achieving allotted sales quota
- Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management
- Proficient in MS Office Tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented individual

**Benefits: -**
- Weekly off Sunday.
- Office Timing: Day, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Salary from 2.16 LPA to 3.00 LPA + Incentive + Travel Allowance + Health Insurance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
