We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of digital marketing. You will assist in managing and executing our social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Assist in developing compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.

Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain our social media channels, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with our online community.

Analytics and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide reports and insights to the marketing team.

Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential target audiences.

Influencer Outreach: Support the identification and outreach to relevant influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and partnerships.

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive relationships with our followers.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.

Creative Input: Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence, content strategy, and brand image.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms, and share relevant insights with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
- Creative thinking and a passion for social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
- Photography, videography, and graphic design skills are a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,081.80 per month
