**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media to suggest new ideas for content and campaigns.
- Help analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize our strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas for online content and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for social media and a solid understanding of various platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (if applicable).
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts (personal, academic, or professional) is advantageous.
