We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals for various IT positions within our company. Your primary goal will be to identify and attract top talent to meet our organizational needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist in the selection process.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a related field (preferred).
