**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Administration of MFT Axway solutions including Secure Transport, XFB Gateway, CFT, and Sentinel.
- Configuration and maintenance of secure data communication protocols: SFTP, FTP(s), HTTP(s), PeSIT.
- Trading Partner Profile Management and configuration of integration flows.
- Network protocols and security management (encryption, authentication, certificates).
- Troubleshooting, deploying and debugging issues related to Axway Gateway and middleware solutions.
- Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and services like GCS and S3 and their logging/debugging capabilities.
- Understanding and managing databases with SQL proficiency.
- Provide support for Managed Services and product support (L2/L3).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of secure data communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux commands and advanced shell scripting and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Advantageous programming skills in Java or other languages (Python, Cobol, C, C++).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end implementation encryption technologies, SSL/TLS, and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-handling expertise and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ready to work in EMEA shifts and adapt to a Managed Services or Support environment.
- Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Advantage**:

- Experience working on Axway Gateway (XFB, Secure Transport).
- Networking expertise for secure data communication and flow implementation.
