**Job Description** Job Description: L2 Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Authentication (OAuth2)**:
Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to OAuth2 authentication, including token generation and authorization flows.

**Containerization & Orchestration (AKS and Kubernetes)**:
Monitor and maintain Kubernetes environments for smooth operations.

**Cloud Platforms**:
Hands-on experience with **Azure**, including PowerShell and Bicep scripting for automation.

Utilize **Terraform (IaC)** for provisioning and managing cloud resources.

Familiarity with **KQL Language** for log analysis and query management.

**CI/CD Tools**:
Support and manage pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.

**Version Control**:
Proficient in Git and Git-based workflows for code management and version control.

**Python Automation**:
Provide support for Python-based scripts, debugging, and enhancing automation workflows.

**General Support**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure operational excellence.

Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.

Deliver high-quality customer support with timely and effective solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certifications in Azure (e.g., **Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Developer Associate**).

Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like **Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana** for proactive issue detection and resolution.

**Required Skills**:
**Experience Range**: 4-6 years in cloud and infrastructure support roles.

**Technical Expertise**: Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform, KQL, Python.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with global teams

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
**Qualifications**
BE/B-Tech Equivalent
