**Mandatory Skills**:

- Control-M administration experience for complex infrastructure and environment.
- Creating/modifying of jobs using Control-M desktop, mass modification using XML extract, understanding control-M conditions/resources.
- Maintain JCL scripts for batch processing jobs across various mainframe and distributed environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve JCL-related issues, ensuring timely execution of batch jobs.
- Having experience working on Microfocus Enterprise Server and maintenance of Mainframe Jobs.
- Control-M and Micro Focus utilities understanding and its usages.
- Expected to have worked in cloud environments, working knowledge of AWS services would be a plus.
- Installation of agents and its configurations.
- Maintaining housekeeping jobs across all environments.
- Good exposure on EM, Server and agents and is system parameters.
- Handled Priority 1 and critical issues related to Control-M.
- Good to have a knowledge on the Patch and Upgrade of the Control-M components.
- Knowledge on Linux, Unix and Windows environment is mandatory.
- Configure and optimize job workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
- Good to have the knowledge on automation & programming through UNIX shell scripting, Python or any other scripting language is added advantage.
- Understanding of DevOps framework and experience in integrated teams.

**Professional Skills**:

- Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; helps contribute to timely completion of project deliverables well short of schedule.
- Analytical skill to understand user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing job flows and schedules systems.
- Understanding of Agile and ITIL processes.

**Certifications**:
Good to have certificate on BMC Control-M

Microfocus Certification would a plus

**Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years**

**Qualifications**:
