The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and bidding on suitable job postings on the **Upwork platform** to win projects and contracts for the company. The Bidder will be tasked with creating compelling proposals that showcase the company's strengths and capabilities, and ensure that the bids are competitive, relevant, and appealing to potential clients. Additionally, the Bidder will liaise with clients, manage communications, and negotiate contract terms on behalf of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate suitable job postings on Upwork
- Develop and submit competitive, relevant, and compelling bids and proposals
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide project updates
- Manage communications with clients, both before and after project completion
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of the company
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity on Upwork to ensure the company remains competitive
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that the proposals are consistent with the company's branding and messaging
- Track and report on bid performance to inform future bidding strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and winning projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create compelling proposals that showcase the company's strengths and capabilities
- Experience in negotiating contracts and terms with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Upwork policies, procedures, and best practices
- Good understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments in the relevant domain.

**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
