Salary : 20,000 to 25,000 Per Month.

Education - Diploma or Degree in hotel management

Experience
- Total Experience - 3 Years with hospitality industry
- Minimum Experience - 1 to 2 Years as a Restaurant hostess

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Ensure timely and smooth seating of guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their preferences and needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and service.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Organizational skills to manage reservations and seating efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant operations is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
