We are hiring for the role of **"Inside Sales Co-ordinator"**for our **Chemical manufacturing company at Dombivli, East. MIDC Phase 2.**

**Requirements**:
**B.Sc Chemistry Or B.Sc Science.**
3 to 5 years' experience as **Inside Sales Co-Ordinator** or **Sales Support Coordinator.**

**Job Purpose**:
**To Co-ordinate & take various MIS report from all selling units and upload on ERP for informing customers for dispatches made, maintain related documents, communication with customers & Management to ensure timely supply chain activities like Production & Local Dispatches ,Planning dispatch.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Marketing and Team for Sales Orders getting Punch in ERP.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts and Internal Team for Keeping a track of production and shipment Schedule
- Keeping a monthly / weekly track of Finish goods dispatched / material sent to and material required Location
- Coordinate with Internal Team for Order approval process and resolving Errors in Sales orders
- Raising Proforma Invoice and send to Customer for collecting Advance Payment
- Keeping track of Customer Complaints/ Rejections for all Location and ensure rejected material is received at plant and accounting entries done
- Uploading MIS everyday through ERP
- Handling the customer query regarding finish goods products.
- Coodinate with Sales & Marketing Person for smooth functioning of order processing execution
- Any other responsibilities assigned by HOD
- Keeping track of Returnable Drums & report to HOD

Provide expected return data to accounts by taking from sales team
- Create new customer & new bill to ship code in existing customer by taking require document from sales Team.

Taking Third party export (1% GST) document form customer & keep track
