Department

You will be part of FSS who are dedicated in providing Finance services across the globe. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges.

Purpose

To support Multiple Region Migrations of Accounts Payable activities such as processing, payments, MDM and travel accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review Aged GRNI and Aged Invoices and follow up for clearance
- Ensure timely Month end closing procedure and reports are submitted on time.
- Updating of Process documentation in frequent intervals.
- Review Direct Debit in Bank Accounts ensure accounted timely.
- Perform supplier reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are cleared
- Proactively raise challenges and clarifications on Accounting issues with Process Managers and Local finance regards to AP processes
- To ensure all reporting activities such as KPIs and Dashboards, are shared as per SLA
Coordinate with Auditors for sharing samples and clarify queries
- Ensure timely submission of CPX controls (control process excellence) on a monthly basis
- involve in automation and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor debit balances and take appropriate action.

What you bring

1) Graduation related to finance and accounts which provides skills to understand financial processes.

2) 7-10 Years (experience in Accounts Payable Department)

3) Strong accounting skills.

4) Team player & strong work ethics and integrity.

5) Good written and verbal communication skills.

6) Preferably experience in working with international colleagues.

7) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Tools ( Office, Lync, Outlook).

8) Exposure to ERPs (SAP, Oracle)
