SEO Associate

**Role Overview**

As an SEO Associate, you will join the SEO and Content Strategy team of our agency. You'll be responsible for planning and delivery of critical tasks across Tech, Content and Link Building for all the clients allocated to you, often working as a part of multiple departments. You'll work on planning and strategic guidance on implementation of initiatives that help grow organic visibility and traffic of our client websites.

You will directly report to the Head of Operations. You will have access to most advanced SEO processes and SOPs, best-in-industry courses, cutting edge SEO tools, AI tools and platforms along with an opportunity to propose new tools/workflows and secure budget for the same.

You will get a chance to collaborate with and help build India’s youngest and hottest brands that are changing the way we design our lives.We expect you to challenge the preconceived notions and strategies in SEO and build innovative solutions that take our clients’ organic growth to the next level.

**What You'll Do**
- Plan and execute SEO campaigns for at least 3 clients. This will include planning monthly deliverables, growth goals, content plan as well as education and consulting the clients on solving complex or day-to-day problems.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize product descriptions, collection page content, and SEO-recommended content that matches user search intent. Learn to understand the inner workings of content that drives traffic, and scale the same for multiple clients
- Conduct keyword research and mapping for product categories, identifying opportunities based on volume, competition, and intent.
- Perform regular competitor analysis including gap analysis, SERP ownership, and feature comparison to identify opportunities and threats. In short, own the organic growth of the clients.
- Monitor and analyze core algorithm updates, conducting impact assessments and developing action plans to maintain or improve rankings.
- Develop strategies for seasonal trends and promotional periods to maximize organic visibility.
- Work on technical SEO audits to identify issues that are affecting website visibility and learn to recommend the best practices for growth.
- Build a link building strategy to roll out link building tactics and help with acquiring high quality backlinks for clients to achieve rankings for target keywords.
