**Role-**

A Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Associate analyses, reviews and implements changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This means maximizing the traffic to KC’s website by improving page rank within search engines.

A SEO Associate manages all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

**Responsibilities-**
- To perform Search Engine Optimization activities for KC Main Website as per the keywords allocated
- To perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation
- To perform keyword analysis and research
- To research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations
- To recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Track, report, and analyse website analytics
- Develop and implement backlink building strategies as per the latest google policy.
- Work on Guest Blogging strategies
- To research and analyse competitor back links
- Work with and coordinate with content team, design team and marketing teams for creation of on page/ off page blogs, articles, infographics etc to drive organic traffic to the websites
- To work with the development team to ensure SEO’s best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- To ensure increase the organic traffic & organic leads generated on the website due to SEO efforts & activities.

**Key Skills-**
- Proven SEO experience
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster & Keyword Planner required
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

**Qualification & Experience-**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in SEO
- Proficiency in on page and off page SEO, Webmaster Tools, Knowledge of Algorithm, Keyword research and Sitemap creation
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
