Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Support to Sales Team: Assist the Sales Team in achieving business objectives by expanding the client base and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Client Engagement: Communicate with customers to identify their needs, buying requirements, and goals to deliver tailored solutions.
Network Design and Planning: Provide presales consulting, network design, and conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts) for evaluations. Plan and recommend new network installations or upgrades to existing networks.
Proposal Management:
Analyze RFPs/Tenders and finalize OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) based on specifications.
Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) using tools like Microsoft Visio.
Create CCWs (Cisco Commerce Workspace) and BOMs (Bill of Materials) based on customer discussions, site surveys, RFPs, and technical specifications.
OEM Interaction and Deal Registration:
Interact with OEMs for finalization and alignment.
Manage the deal registration process for Cisco and Juniper.
Create BOMs using Juniper Configurator Tool and HPE OCA (Online Configurator Application).
Reporting and Information Management: Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports and bid reviews.
Qualifications - B.E/B. Tech/BCA and Postgraduates
- MBA/PGDBM/MCA ,
Good Communication Skills.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Expertise in network design, RFP analysis, and proposal creation.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Cisco CCW, and HPE OCA, HP Aruba.
Ability to create HLDs, LLDs, and perform technical evaluations.
Familiarity with deal registration processes in Cisco and Juniper.
Completed Professional training on Cisco CCNA & CCNP Network Security.
Completed Professional training on Cisco CCNA & CCNP Routing and
Switching.
