SAFFROKOL is on the move. As one of India’s leading brands in tile adhesives and construction solutions, we're looking for driven field warriors to power our growth across Haryana & Uttarakhand.

**Locations**: Karnal | Narnaul | Jind | Rohtak | Ambala | Roorkee

**Role Type**: Full-time | On-ground | Channel & Project Sales

**What You'll Do**
- Build and grow dealer/distributor networks
- Engage contractors and masons through demos & site meets
- Drive secondary sales and ensure visibility at counters
- Track market insights—pricing, schemes, and competitor activity
- Maintain beat plans, call reports, and CRM hygiene

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-4 years in building materials/FMCG preferred
- Strong field discipline & communication skills
- Two-wheeler and readiness for 80% field travel
- Passion for construction, adhesives, and making things stick
