Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Industry Preference: AAC Blocks / Cement / Construction Materials
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of AAC Blocks across Rohtak, Sonipat, and Panipat. The role involves developing dealer/distributor networks, achieving sales targets, conducting site visits, and building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the AAC Blocks market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct site visits for product promotion, client conversion, and support.
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure timely payment collections from clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA preferred with 1–3 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in AAC Blocks / Cement / Building Materials / Construction Chemicals will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local markets in Rohtak, Sonipat, and Panipat.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
