**Responsibilities**:
- Receive, sort and coordinate incoming calls / mail / courier.
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office, bank and other work as required.
- Maintain office files and storage systems, Fax, scan and copy documents.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, meetings or events etc for the upper management and staff
- Handle accounts related activities and petty cash
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Manage office administrative matters, including staff requirements, office supplies, housekeeping etc.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage reception and provide general support to the visitors
- Assist in planning and arranging events including organising catering
- May take care of website functions and social media profiles
- Maintaining account books
- Finalization of accounts including Balance Sheet and petty cash
**Skills**:
- 1 year of office administration work experience is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
