
Field Sales Executive

**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Sales and Business Development**
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty.
- Address client queries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
**3. Field Activities**
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and demonstrate product/service offerings.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
**4. Reporting and Analysis**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on performance and market feedback.
**Qualification and Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid drivers license along with your own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively.
