**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities and other financial

stakeholders.
- Advise clients on the applicability of relevant provisions and corresponding

amendments. Ensure smooth and effective communication with clients.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering a culture

of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business

objectives.

Technical Competencies:

- Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with 2+ years in a

managerial capacity.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and

driving results.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient with MS Office & financial software and ERP systems; proficiency in Tally,

Zoho, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact

confidently with senior management and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Financial accounting: 5 years (preferred)
