**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external authorities and financial stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls.

Provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Vishakhapatnam’s team and our

offices in Delhi and Chennai.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business

objectives.

Technical Competencies:

- Professional degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; semi-qualified CAs and

MBA (Finance) are also welcome to apply.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work

independently and interact confidently with senior management and external

stakeholders.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Financial accounting: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
