The position involves overseeing and managing the Private Client Group (PCG) dealing desk, developing and executing advisory strategies, and providing high-quality investment advice to clients. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining client relationships, and leading a high-performing team. Additionally, this role requires collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences and continuously improving service offerings.QualificationsStrong skills in financial advising, market analysis, and portfolio management.Experience with team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance practices.Proficiency in financial tools, platforms, and market research technologies.A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is preferred.Proven experience in a financial advisory or leadership role, preferably within a global IT or financial services organization, is strongly desirable.
