**About the Role**:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Provide product information and training to customers
- Maintain a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions and issues
- Escalate complex issues to team members
**Required Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer support
- Knowledge of our products and services
- Bachelor's degree in customer service, business administration, or a related field
