**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop, write, and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing and scheduling posts across all social media channels to ensure consistent and timely updates.
- **Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics**: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other relevant platforms. Provide insights and recommendations based on data.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- **Research**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- **Influencer Marketing**:Work closely with our marketing team to help us finding the right influencers for the client / project.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
- Creative thinking and a good eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
- **Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Enthusiastic and proactive.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
