Solution Wagon is a fast-growing IT firm specializing in Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Social Media Marketing) to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage multiple social media marketing projects from initiation to delivery.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the internal social media team to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Prepare project timelines, allocate tasks, and track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and digital marketers to develop and execute campaign strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all social media campaigns meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation including reports, updates, and performance analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in project coordination within the **digital marketing/social media marketing domain**.
- Strong understanding of various **social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).**:

- Excellent **communication, organizational, and client-handling skills**.
- Proficiency in project management tools (**Trello, Asana, or similar**).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
