Role Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Academic Administration & Support of Futuristic Programs
- Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and administrative staff to facilitate class
schedules, resource allocation, and program logistics.
- Oversee student enrollment processes, monitor attendance, and track academic
progress.
- Manage and maintain academic records, student data, and other critical
documentation to ensure compliance with institutional standards.
2. Course Coordination and Scheduling
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of courses, workshops, assessments, and
other academic activities.
- Ensure that course materials, syllabi, and curriculum updates are prepared and
distributed to faculty and students on time.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Support the implementation of academic policies, regulations, and quality
assurance standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high academic standards
and meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports for accrediting
and certifying bodies.
4. Student Support and Engagement
- Act as a liaison between students and faculty to address academic concerns,
provide guidance, and support student engagement initiatives.
- Organize and oversee student feedback mechanisms, ensuring continuous
improvement based on feedback analysis.
- Promote academic integrity and resolve disciplinary matters in collaboration
with faculty and academic leadership
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile, analyze, and report on academic data, such as student performance
metrics, attendance, and retention rates.
- Assist the academic leadership team in developing insights and
recommendations based on data analysis to drive curriculum improvements.
- Prepare presentations and reports on academic progress and outcomes for
internal and external stakeholders.
6. Event Planning and Coordination
- Organize academic events, including seminars, workshops, orientation
sessions, and graduation ceremonies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote
academic events and achievements.
7. Technology & Learning Management
- Support the integration of technology and digital learning tools in the
academic environment.
- Manage and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure
smooth delivery of online and blended learning programs
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience Minimum 3-4 Years
Skills and Competencies:
1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with
Learning Management Systems (LMS).
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for data management and reporting.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks
effectively.
Key Performance Measures:

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
