**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- **Community Management**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, fostering positive relationships and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Regularly analyse social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong creative and writing skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,503.42 - ₹31,191.03 per month
