Plant Supervisor - Fertilizer Manufacturing | Bharuch, Gujarat

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years (in plant/production/labour supervision preferred)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise packaging, loading/unloading, and other plant activities on the shop floor
- Efficiently allocate and manage manpower as per daily production needs
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch departments for smooth workflow
- Monitor worker performance and ensure timely task completion
- Maintain daily reports, work progress updates, and attendance records
- Ensure proper and safe use of tools, materials, and equipment
- Support and guide workers to maintain productivity and discipline

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (minimum qualification)
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant setup
- Strong team management and coordination skills
- Physically fit, active, and ready to work on the shop floor
- Ability to handle 15-30 labourers/workers efficiently
- Basic knowledge of plant operations and labour supervision
