**Job Overview**:
We seek a Plant Manager to oversee plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role requires a background in mechanical or chemical engineering and strong leadership skills, Good Technical Knowledge, Work Ethic and Ability to Communicate effectively

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily plant operations, implement production schedules,monitor performance metrics and maintain production records.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high product quality standards; address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor plant staff; foster a collaborative work environment, Demonstrate Great Work Ethic, Proactiveness in learning and suggesting new Initiatives for Plant Improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Financial Management: Manage the plant’s operating budget; control production costs and report to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 1 years of experience or Valid Internship Experience in a chemical plant.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- On the Job Training Provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
