- Qualification: Industrial Training Institute (ITI)
- Experience: 3-5 years

**Job Description**:

- Installation and Calibration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and calibration of field instruments and device
- Temperature Transmitter (TT) ,Pressure Transmitter (PT),Flow Meter ,Pressure Gauge
- Rotameter ,Level Transmitter (LT), Level Indicators (LI), Control Valve (CV)
- Pressure Reducing Station (PRS), Flame Arrestor FA
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues related to instrumentation systems, including troubleshooting faulty devices, diagnosing measurement inaccuracies, and implementing corrective actions
- Calibrate the field instruments periodically as per pre-defined schedules under the supervision of Supervisor/Engineer
- Ensure inputs to plant person or superiors & contribute to prevent incident / accident in plant or shop floor
- Ensure cable terminate/gland and reliable power source to instruments systems
- Fill calibration report, checklist, daily log sheet etc.
- Accountable & responsible for the deviations due to instrument failure
- Contribute in management of spares inventory along with collection/deposition at stores
- To check the healthiness & carry out calibration of instruments installed at location.
- To perform scheduled maintenance jobs of Instrumentation and Control system.
- To maintain good housekeeping of the plant and instrument workshop.
- To maintain the inventory of the general consumables and critical spares in coordination with store in charge.
- Experience- 5 - 6 Years- Salary- 4 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.- Industry- Manufacturing / Production / Quality- Qualification- Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Vocational Course- Key Skills- ITI Technician Instrument TechnicianAbout Company
