**Job Summary**:
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries, complaints, and requests related to loan products and financial services offered by the NBFC. This role requires a high level of customer-centricity, excellent communication skills, and a sound understanding of NBFC financial products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering timely and reliable service.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, credit, collections) to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory compliance (RBI guidelines), and data confidentiality.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements in processes and communication.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated with the latest features, benefits, and changes in NBFC products like personal loans, business loans, etc.
- Educate customers on value-added services, digital platforms, and repayment tools.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional languages preferred)
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Basic understanding of NBFC products and financial regulations
- Familiarity with CRM tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferred: Experience in NBFC/BFSI sector or customer service domain

**Experience**:

- 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
