**Quality Inspection & Testing** - Perform inspections on **raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods** to ensure compliance with standards.

**Process Monitoring** - Check **slitting, shearing, pickling, rolling, and coating** processes for defects and deviations.

**Defect Analysis & Reporting** - Identify defects, record findings, and report issues to the QC Manager for corrective actions.

**Documentation & Compliance** - Maintain test reports, inspection records, and quality control checklists as per **ISO/BIS standards**.

**Testing Equipment Handling** - Operate and calibrate quality testing tools (e.g., hardness testers, spectrometers, thickness gauges).

**Customer Complaint Support** - Assist in analyzing quality concerns and implementing corrective actions.

**Process Improvement** - Support **5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing** initiatives to enhance product quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Diploma/B.E. in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering**
**2-5 years of experience in quality control in a steel processing unit**
**Knowledge of steel grades, mechanical & chemical testing, and industry standards (ISO, BIS, ASTM, JIS)**
**Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and ERP/SAP for quality documentation**
**Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
