- Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (preferred in education/EdTech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT education trends and job market demands.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for student success.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of IT certifications like AWS, Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Multilingual abilities (a plus).
