**Job Description - Female Counselor (IT Training Institute)Position**: Student Counsellor / Education Counselor Location**:* [KOLKATA SALT LAKE SEC 5]**Employment Type:* Full-time **About the Role**:
We are looking for a **dynamic and result-oriented Female Counselor** to join our IT Training Institute. The counselor will be responsible for guiding students, handling inquiries, and assisting them in choosing the right IT courses for their career growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle student walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads.
- Counsel students regarding career paths and recommend suitable IT courses.
- Explain course details, fees structure, and career opportunities.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective students until enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain student records and update databases (CRM/Excel).
- Support marketing & promotional activities (seminars, workshops, webinars).
- Provide regular reports on inquiries, conversions, and student feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education/Management/IT).
- Prior experience as a counselor/telecaller in an education or training institute will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable career options.
- Strong convincing & interpersonal skills.
