**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Develop strategies to address sales team’s weaknesses and reinforce their strengths.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members.
- Designing and delivering training programs for sales professionals
- Conducting skills gap analyses and assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Creating and managing training curricular, budgets, and schedules.
- Track and report on training outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services.
- Need to Visit the multiple stores.
