**Position Overview**:
Product trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Motadata’s product. They work closely with Product Management team, Development team and other stakeholders to ensure that their training programs accurately reflect the latest features and functionality of the company’s product offerings.

**Role & Responsibility**:
The list of role and responsibilities of Product trainer are as follows (please note this is general indication of expectations, and not an exhaustive list of duties):
Creating presentations that outline the features and benefits of products and services.

Training, educating, and presenting training materials, to new hires in the company, who are learning about their jobs or new products.

Training, educating, and presenting training materials, to our partners and external stakeholders, to apprise them of current offering, and time to time update them about our latest / new offering. Also conducting learning / demo sessions on a regular basis with them, to ensure they are on same page with regards to our products offering and features.

Partner with Sales Management to uncover and assess training needs of customers and sales professionals for all assigned products and solutions. Helping customers use new products or services by providing training or troubleshooting problems or issues.

Ensuring that all training materials are up to date and relevant to the company’s current offerings.

Maintaining current knowledge of the company’s offerings and competitors’ products.

Designing, developing, and presenting training programs that educate employees on best practices or procedures.

Track, measure and evaluate training programs to demonstrate value and educate others on plans and results.

Participation in the development of training courses with regard to product strategy of the company.

**Required Skills**:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ITSM / AIOPs products, and 6+ yrs of overall training experience.

Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills, public speaking experience is required.

Must be able to travel.

Must hold bachelor’s degree, a technical degree will be preferred.

Possess high energy and driven to be achieve results.

This is a Work from office position, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
