3. Answering customer queries and dealing with complaints.

4. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

5. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

6. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

7. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

8. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

9. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

10. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

11. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

**Skills**: Strong Communication Skill, Negotiation, Self-motivated and driven by targets, IT skills, Commercial awareness.

Qualification: Any Graduate / postgraduate

Experience: 0-6 years
